Here's a fresh take on some of the blueprints from Italy--we can't sing her praises LOUDLY enough! We'll have so much fun in class today we'll forget it's work. We'll play with flour, eggs and oil to make several ravioli dishes new again. A few sauces later and we won't be able to wipe the grins from our faces.
